My husband had a stroke 4 & 1/2 months ago.

He was given some habanero tinture during the stroke & was fine( no effects of

the stroke)within a few hours.

But we believe that he picked up some infections & parasites while in the

hospital. That is what our alternative dr says. He is on suppliments for that

right now.

He has been weak & sick ever since getting back home. (he was in the hospital

for one week.)

As soon as he was out of the hospital, he had fever, chills, lower legs

swelling, sore spots in the calves of his legs, some very big & noticable veins

in his calves, ankle pain, lung congestion, no appetite, stiff legs, itchy lower

legs, having to urinate EVERY hour all night every night, weakness, etc. All

this has been going on for about 3-4 months.

All this time all of these things would come & go, get better then come back.

Some of these things finally seem to be better, now he is STILL going to the

bathroom alot at night, he feels hot to the touch, but he says he feels cold

most of the time, lower legs swell alittle bit sometimes, ITCHY LOWER

LEGS,EXTREME FATIGUE, ALL OVER BADY ACHES & STIFFNESS. He went to his MD who did

some tests & said that he is fine, he can find nothing wrong, but something is

wrong, I would appreciate any help I can get on finding out what is wrong.

He is 67, on NO prescriptions, he was on a high blood pressure prescription

before the stroke, but since the stroke his blood pressure is normal, so he is

no longer taking that. Keeps a very healthy diet, used to smoke but stopped 25

years ago. Was exercising for years before the stroke.

Any suggestions on what could be wrong would be appreciated.

Thank you,

maggiemay
