*Pills Tablets and Powders vs. Food and Herbs*

Hello from Anne in Conn. *Vegetarian since 1970...*;

The point I want to make is this:

*Pills can be 100% natural; part Natural and part Synthetic or purely

Synthetic*. (I do not recommend purely Synthetic Pills and never have)

For example:

If I grow a Peppermint Plant and then dry the plant I can ingest the

plant in the following ways:

*take a Sprig of Peppermint and eat it raw

*take a Sprig of Peppermint make a Tea out of it with hot water.

*take a sprig of Peppermint and add to your Food.

OR

Take a sprig of Peppermint; dry it; crumble it and put in a capsule.

or take dried Peppermint and compress it into a Tablet.

So here are five ways to Ingest 100% Pure Peppermint using Pills; etc.

Summary: *Pure Herbs and Vitamins can be purchased in Pills/Capsules*.

Tip of the Day " *90% of all B-Vitamins are comprised of Rice-Bran*.

*Rice-Bran is the highest source of B-Vitamins known on earth.

*Brown-Rice contains the Rice-Bran; white-rice certainly does not.*.
