Hi Stuck: How did the Dr. know you had low Vitamin D levels? Did you

bring this to his/her attention or did the Doc. mention Vit. D to you?

So you can not go into the Sum much due to getting Sun-Burned.

So you have low levels of Vitamin D due to " lack of sunlight " ...hmmm.

Maybe you could do some Carlson's Cod Liver Oil high in Vit. D and A.

I have read that *Coconut Oil* is good for *Low Thyroid Levels.*

I'll get more info on Coconut Oil but I recommend The Fish Oil. Anne.-

was already doing a gallon a day roughly not always quite so much.

but the pills made me soo tired. I am now on 2k a day and cows milk

goes bad in our house from the lack of use. I am almost ready to just

not buy it.( might replace it with coconut milk, but only for

cooking) weird huh. but I am a very very very very very light

skinned person. ( I have a nick name of " snow white " not for the

beauty part or black hair but light skin) But anyway I can't handle

the outdoors and so my Vitamin D level is ridiculously low and the

milk in the winter does help me. just my 5 cents. ;)

we take Carlson Cod Liver Oil capsuls during the winter months which

contain vitamin A and D. During the summer, we switch to Zone

Perfect Cod Liver Oil which does not contain vitamin D.

Vitamin D can be obtained from sunlight alone. There is no reason why

a child shouldn't get sufficient sunlight.

Hi Raine(pretty name):

Actually; the boy I mentioned(Christian) did go on to drink *Raw's

Cow's Milk* once we moved to where it was avialable. The Boy's Dad

(Happy Father's Day to all you Dad's out there); was Adamant about

drinking only *Pure Raw 100% Organic Cow's Milk*. *Raw-Milk Cheese*

was also incorporated into the diet for all of us.

Looking back and also looking forward at the same time: I would like

to know more about how Vegetarians can get more Vitamins A and D;

*Nut Milks such as Almond Milk?

*Soy bean Milk Organic?

*Soy Bean Curd known as Tofu?

We did used to eat a lot of *Almond Butter* so that helped the boy. A.
