Thank you, Bob I too only use baking soda, and occasionally alsorinse with peroxide. I have only been doing this since the beginningof the year, but I feel much more comfortable with avoiding the"flouride" and chemically packed products. I've always brushed mytongue and gums as well, and since using the baking soda have evenseen my teeth whiten in a short period of time. Today I got a Tea TreeOil paste from my health store too... Hopefully this also will help :)I am now going on day 8 of my cleanse, and so far it was only the oneday I saw bleeding. I still have a bad taste in the mornings, but notas bad, and not lasting as long. I do think it was in large part justa part of the detox process, as I hate to admit but I am also detoxingfrom the disgusting habit of smoking nicotine (THANK GOD I have beensmoke free for 8 days now and feeling awesome!) I also know from previous posts that you are an avid believer in theCS... I don't know as much as I'd like yet about this, and have notyet decided if I feel it is truly "natural" if it's coming from anelectrical current... the thought makes me a bit nervous, lol... but Ihave been reading your posts about it and maybe one day I will give ita shot! It's hard not to want to at least research it some more, withall the awesome things you have to say about it! If it wouldn't be toomuch trouble asking, could you send me a few of those links again tosites educating on the subject?
