Hi Trina: Question: " What's the best way to prepare *Nut-Butters*?

I did a quick a quick search on the USDA Nutrient Database which is a

US gov. sponsored Scientific Data Base of most Food and Nutrients.

According to my search; *Cows' Milk and Goats' Milk have some

naturally occuring *Vitamin D* but Sheeps Milk has no Vitamin D.

(Buffalo Milk also has no Vitamin D)

All four Milks; Goats; Cows and Sheeps and Buffalo Milk have

*Adequate amounts of Vitamin A; Calcium and Adequate Protein.

all the Milks also have some *Vitamin B12* in the items Naturally.

I understand that the *Vitamin A contents of Milk* depend on the

Quality of the Forage.

For example; Summer Butter has lots more Vitamin A than Winter

butter; this is because when the Cow grazes on the Summer grasses she

gets more Vitamin A; the Hay in winter has much less Vitamin A.

All Milk even Nut and Soy contain good sources of Complete Protein.

So my Conclusion is: *Milk is a good avail. source of Nutrients;

whether that be Cows' Milk; Sheeps' Milk; Goats' Milk; Soy Milk; and/

or Nu-t Milks such as Almond or Walnut Milks or Nut-Butters.

Peanuts themselves are a high source of Protein and Calcium.

The only Nutrient I can not get from Veggies is *Vitmain B12*.

Note: *Organic Raw Milk does NOT have added Hormones etc.*

See my point is this: As a Vegetarian I do not eat any Meat Fish Fowl

and this has been my lifestyle for over 35 years. So if I did not eat

any Meat Fish or Fowl or eggs or Milk...wouldn't I be malnourished?

Comments and reply welcome. I would like to concentrate on Nut-Milks.

Sunshine and dark, green vegetables provide our bodies with adequate

amounts. Calcium, that our bodies easily absorb, occurs in beans,

nuts, seeds, dark green vegetables, blackstrap molasses, maple syrup,

and in numerous other foods you should be consuming everyday. A

teaspoon of blackstrap molasses is suppose to contain 40 percent of

our daily calcium needs. And that's without the growth hormones and

antibiotics! As was posted a few days ago, sugar leaches out the

minerals in our bodies. All those sodas Americans drink could easily

be responsible for health problems. Not to mention the problems with

consuming too much caffeine. It's amazing that in Asian countries

where cow milk is rarely consumed every one isn't falling over from

brittle bones or walking around with deformed legs. Where do they

get their calcium??? The only place I hear anything good about cow

milk is from the dairy industry. Who, by
