That's what I've been trying to find out-so far all I've learned is in the files attached to this site which tells us not to do the total cleanse but the detox only-since we have Chrohn's and most of us have diarrehea(I don't) we stay pretty cleared out anyway that's why Doc says to only do the detox- It is alway's probably standard to discuss it with your Gi too - I was diagnosed with Chrohn's in April 06-this year- and I also have Bipolar disorder-sometimes feel like maybe I should start digging that big hole in the backyard-But I am learning alot thru this site and have committed to learning more and applying it-I believe everything I've read about the steroid filled meats and fast food junk-I just bought 2 books today from Border's about herbal remedies and natural cures-The Doc that modulates this site is alway's wise and helpful so I know he will advise us more as his time permits -Alissa4621
Guest guest
Deb, try the following: 1) Take some bifidulfolis or acidolfolis capsules 2) Try to eat as organic as possible (the closer to compltely organic, the better) 3) Lighten up or eliminate dairy products. 4) Take flax seed oil capsules and ginger root capsules. Guest guest
Debbie, The main ideas are to 1. remove irritation: Eliminate wheat and dairy - these are the main culprits Also avoid articficial colouring, flavouring, preservatives, sugar, refined carbs, spicy foods, alcohol, caffeine, nictoine Consider testing for any food allergies or intolerances, other causes of inflammation may include corn, yeast, potatoes, soya, eggs, chocolate. Changing your diet can have a major impact on your symptoms 2. heal the tissue - take probiotic supplements along with probiotics: FOS (fructo-oligosaccharides, which is food for the friendly bacteria) - to help re-establish the gut flora - chamomile infusions are great to soothe the digestive tract, and are also relaxing... anything that can help you destress is also nice, especially if stress is a major factor in your Crohn's, there are lots of relaxing herbs out there you can use a teas: verbena, melissa... lots of commercial belnds exist too as night time or relaxing teas which are also great - aloe vera juice (try one eggcup three times a day) and psyllium husks, also slippery elm all soothing or 'demucent' herbs good luck! - tony vergilatis herbal remedies Thursday, July 06, 2006 11:18 PM Re: Herbal Remedies - Chrons Disease Deb, try the following: 1) Take some bifidulfolis or acidolfolis capsules 2) Try to eat as organic as possible (the closer to compltely organic, the better) 3) Lighten up or eliminate dairy products. 4) Take flax seed oil capsules and ginger root capsules. Guest guest
Dear Deb, The best for long term relief is the Intestinal Detox Formula in the Files. Used in conjunction with a Total Body Cleanse or and Incurables Program will handle it terminatedly. Guest guest
The permanent resolution for Crohns is the Intestinal Detox Remedy in the Files as part of the Total Body Cleanse Program. This remedy will heal it, but it must be done in conjunction with the rest of the TBC. Sometimes, in very serious cases the Intestinal Detox must be taken for up to 3 months, though this is unusal and very seldom. As is usual with Bi-Polar and other bogus Psychiatric handles (the symptoms are real but the dieases themselves are not), one needs to find out what is toxic in their surroundings. A toxic Diet; A toxic Relationship; A toxic Job; A toxic Environment A toxic Lifestyle are all contributary to these so called "mental disorders". Each of them can by themselves or in conjunction with another be the "Cause" of a "mental symptom" and as such the Psychs have a hay day in dreaming up all these bogus diseases for the purpose of pushing their filthy drugs and lining the pockets of themselves and Big Pharma. Hope this helps.
