Guest guest
My job requires me to do hours of walking. my right heel is huting badly at the end of the work day. Both my husband and my chiropractor suspect it is a heel spur. Any ideas as to what natural remedies would help this would be great. Guest guest
Here is something that worked for my husband. I bought some dsmo and swabbed it on with a Q-tip twice a day for 2 weeks. Just on the clean skin and the pain was relieved. He also took some calcium/magnesuim supliments. He just now swabs it on when he remembers as a prevenative. Hope this helps you. Good luck KittiGlenda <keeper_of_the_home wrote: My job requires me to do hours of walking. my right heel is huting badly at the end of the work day. Guest guest
### My job requires me to do hours of walking. My right heel is hurting badly at the end of the work day. Both my husband and my chiropractor suspect it is a heel spur. Any ideas as to what natural remedies would help this would be great. Thank you. -- Glenda ### Hello Glenda, many years ago I had to commute to the city, where I had to walk across the river to the building I worked in. The exercise was great, but my feet hurt so bad. I learned never, never walk in fancy shoes. I learned to save my money and purchase the best walking shoes I could possibly afford. But before I learned this I suffered the whole nine yards of problems with my feet. Amazing the difference a good pair of walking shoes made. I had friends who had to get orthotics for their walking shoes, they had murdered their poor feet so bad and the damage could not be undone. I am a die hard, I believe we can reverse anything. I have purchased the gel cushions that fit inside my shoes from time to time. Amazing how they take the pressure off of a heel spurs and stone bruises but many things come into play here. My daughter is almost a foot taller than me and a big woman, she has horrid problems with her feet. I finally convinced her to stop wearing heels. She now invest in sensible walking shoes. I saw a special on 20/20 last night about women having surgery to make their feet fit into these spiky high heel shoes. Now that is extreme if you ask me, what is our world coming to? Love and light and good luck with those tender feet of yours. Hugs, Micki _______________
Guest guest
Dear Glenda, This may seem tooooooo simple. But try two tablespoons of plain Organic ACV every day. If after 3 days it hasn't corrected, I doubt if it's a bone spur. Guest guest
glenda , take a tennis ball [ or orange ] and roll it under your foot . it will excercise the muscles on the base of the foot . you can roll it quite a bit , sideways and everywhere . if its plantar fascia , exercise like this will help . for a bonespur you have docs remedy . having shoes with good inserts also helps the arch from straining .
