Guest guest
Can someone reccomend a general array of items one might use in a first aid kit to have at home or in the car for trips. We have two young children, and would like to keep them in mind as I put it together. TIA --Jamie

Guest guest
Dear Jamie, Right behind this note I'll post my article on this. Every home should have a major First Aid Kit, and another for the car or truck. I always carry two bottles on me at all times - 1. Cayenne 2. Lobelia.
