So far so good.

I don't seem to be capable of 4 bowel movements a day... It's either all or nothing. One capsule didn't do anything and two emptied me out first thing in the morning.

Then I discovered that a boiled potato constipated me for two days so no more potatoes. Felt great for those two days with lots of energy but had to go up to 4 capsules before getting rid of the potato - all at once of course.

Now I'm on my menstral which empties me out once a month naturally so I was liquid yesterday and weak and passing out so skipped the exercise. I'm better today and planning on staying with three capsules when I begin the cleanse #2 - maybe on Wednesday.

I've been eating lots of organic garden greens with onions and garlic and store bought organic fruit. I haven't found any organic beans to sprout for protein so ordered some raw almonds via ebay. I have been exercising everyday and enjoying sore calf muscles. I have discovered that if you whip the raw eggs up it is no problem to get them down. I have always been a drinker (non-alcoholic ;) so going back to drinking water instead of coffee wasn't too difficult and if I try I can get a whole gallon of water down. I now know where all the restrooms in all the stores I visit are. I think I miss the organic peanut butter on my celery sticks the most. I have been eating the celery with raisins instead so I'm really looking forward to the almonds. I am 5'8" and started this cleanse a week ago at 145lbs and am currently 135lbs. My cheeks are sinking in and I am looking more and more like my indian grandmother every day. I use a zester to make the ginger tea at night and it goes down well. I appreciate the fact that ginger controls nausea since I take a half dropper of lobelia(ick) for seizures at night before going to sleep. My biggest concern when I started this was brain fog and it is already much improved. My second concern was seizures starting back up and since I am taking the Lobelia regularly that shouldn't become a problem either. All and all I am pretty satisfied with how the cleanse is going so far.

My 16yr old daughter was also inspired and has also started the cleanse. She wants to clear up her constant acne so I'm thinking she needs to really focus on cleansing her liver.

Cheers,

Monica Grubb

Lobelia tincture - oh yeah - that's why people didn't overdose on medicine back then! They didn't like the taste of it ;)

Dear Monica,

Great report! Keep 'em comin'. These make it more real for others who are considering the cleanse.

Also, remember that the first byproduct of killing off parasites is diarrhea, and it can from 3 days to a week to kill them all off. In some cases, it can take up to 3 weeks depending on the severity of the infestation.

You may have to play with your IC dosage when starting the ID - part two of the program to keep regular. The key is to hang in there, playing these back and forth, and you'll find your equilibrium. ;-)

Dear Monica, Your report is great, and the best part is that your daughter is inspired now. Just go on and enjoy. Regards jasmina"Dr. Ian Shillington" <DocShillington wrote: Dear Monica, Great report! Keep 'em comin'. These make it more real for others who

just a little observation ....

[ remember , i used to work in nursing homes and hospitals !!!! ]

this group is " worse " than any CNA , LPN , RN discussions on BMs i have ever heared !1 we discussed when , where , how much , consistency , shape , colour ....

never sit next to a group of nurses/cnas discussing such matters in a restaurant !! some friends of mine did that once , their neighbors left pretty fast !

[ just a joke !!! post ]

It'll fly here, but I suggest you refrain from any such conversations in a public restaurant.

But - if you don't want to look it's called Body Balace + gabriele <gcliburn wrote: doc , you forgot to answer my question ... here we go : i looked for the panther p ... recipe , and cant find it . am i looking for it in the wrong spot or am i going blind ?? thanks MARANATHA ! gabriele gcliburn (AT) tampabay (DOT) rr.com

I think I did answer it, but in case I didn't, the Panther Piss is the same as The Body Balance + as in the Files.
