Guest guest
I wanted to post my experience with Doc's cleanse for anyone out there who is interested... First of all, I started not "unhealthy" per say but with many little problems (for example, tired all the time, digestion problems, nausea very often, achey body, etc...). I was very nervous to do the cleanse as most of us are at first but after I started it I realized it looks much more complicated on paper and it really wasn't bad at all. The scheduling became easy-definately use a timer- and I really had no detox symptoms at all--I felt great pretty much the entire cleanse. Then came "hell week" the liver week. The fast was a little difficult for me having never been without food a day in my life LOL...but made it through and made me appreciate what I eat that much more. And the liver bomb--had a couple problems...first of all, if you take the the first dose of epsom and you start going to the bathroom within the hour-you better not take any more because you've reached your level LOL..I couldn't get out of the bathroom long enough to even drink the bomb!!!!!!!!! And the bomb was a lot to get down but not terrible, I layed down immediately on my right side with my leg up and all but had terrible nausea for about 3 hours. Maybe the dose of that is too much for me also-I don't know. But after that, it was a breeze the last week and I have to say to the world that I feel absolutely WONDERFUL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! For the first time in about 8 years I feel like I would hope to at 33 years old. I have energy from the time my feet hit the floor in the morning till my head hits the pillow--i've been exercising 5-6 days a week (something I just didn't feel good enough to do before) and I feel like this has given me a GREAT start to being 110%. I'm still taking the intestinal cleanse until I get back to regular and I have tons of gas :-) but it is well worth it and then some! Oh and the best part is while eating raw foods on the cleanse I have discovered that I really enjoy eating this way and discovered foods I love and will continue as my daily regime along with Doc's maintenance program also along with the vitamin e, coq10, and the msm. If any of you haven't done this I HIGHLY recommend it if it's possible for you...it can improve your life tremendously! Just wanted to tell you all-i'm so exited!!!
