But seldom you hear of remedies that woudnt sound as drastic as colon cleansing or so inconvenient as drinking gallons of cranberry juice(against infection). I heard pumpkin seed extract is an old indian remedy, but in that case, where to buy it and in what form (as tincture, extract, raw seeds)? I´m miserable after drinking coffee, beer, or any other diuretic beverage. I´m also very alcalic and used to suffer from serious yeast infections before pregnancies. Too many boyfriends didnt help, either. I know I´m sensitized or allergic to yeast in buns, sweet breads are the worst. Avoiding them and ading flex seeds to diet has helped my slow metabolism (bowl is sometimes comåpletely blocked for days. I wish I could enjoy more fuids, but running into bathroom constantly is why I avoid drinking. Am in a vicious cycle now, seems like my skin is sagging, ryckles appear and lost the chubby softer tissue in breasts too. I don´t have aids, but it´s hard to gain weight so that fat would accumalate in the upper body. This imbalance keeps me up till 2pm, until emptied and can rest. It sounds like a vicious circle indeed. First step is to start drinking again. Water, that is. Doesn't matter if you have to 'go' every hour, you really need to rinse your system! If you're suffering from an infection, drink at least 3-4 litres of water a day. I know it's a lot, but the bcteria will have to flow out of your blatter. Added to that, drink one or two teapots full of Chamomile/Corn silk tea. Make that by putting one tablespoon of dried Chamomile and one tablespoon of dried brown Corn silk into a pot of boiled water; cover and steep for 10 minutes. Drink it throughout the day. Ofcourse there is all kinds of heavy duty herbs like Cranberry or Bearberry, but I've cured quite some women with just the above. As for the incontinence-problem, you should also do some practising. The Aswini-mudra is the most common for this (and actually the only one i know, if you know anyone who can teach yoga they probably know more). Look it up on google, you'll find how to do it. Do it everyday, best twice a day. I? did it, and i can tell you: it helps!! Also, there are an amount of herbs that can be used, and everyone will probably give you other advices, but there is also a physical problem and you need to strengthen your muscles for that. As for your yeast infection; i'd use Lapacho/ Tecoma curialis (also called Pau d'arco/ Tabebuia altissima or T. Avellanedae ). After that, it's very important to follow up with pro-biotics. Be sure to eat healthy, cut back on the Tunbröd and Pepperkakor ;-) A lot of fruit and vegetables, even though they're expensive, no coffee at all, best no sugar also.
