Guest guest
In the cd and in Doc's notes, he states that running is a great exercise to detox the body and I agree. However, I have one disc in my lower back that has degenerative disc disease and I'm afraid to start running again because of this. I know that our discs are shock absorbers and that running is high impact which means big impact on the discs. Will running make "ddd" worse or should I consider walking and other aerobics instead? Sorry for all the silly questions, just need some opinions. Regards, leann See the all-new, redesigned .com. Check it out.
Guest guest
Not silly at all Leann. Just remember the other two exercises I talk about in the lecture. 1. Rebounding on a Mini Trampoline. 2. Walking. Each one is a gradient that eventually leads to running orrrrrrrrr, can be done from hereon out as it is. Guest guest
Hi Leann, Have you tried swimming? Swimming is very easy on the joints, therefore almost anyone of any age, size, and physical condition can partake in. Now, I am not sure how much discomfort you are in and whether you tried to swim or not, but its worth a try if you have not.
