Skin damage from too much sun? Besides all the stuff Doc recommends for good health, I would suggest homemade facial treatments that would refresh the skin. Regular exfoliation helps remove the dead skin, improving circulation and gives your face a glow. I can post a couple recipes- some using yogurt, strawberries, papaya. Prevention is the key.
