Guest guest
Depression usually means something is out of balance either in your body or in your life. If its in your body try the good old fashioned, Plenty of rest, exercise, good nutrition, fresh air and sunshine. If its in your life no amount of drugs, herbs or therapy is going to fix it. You need to fix the problem first, make the changes necessary to make your life work for you instead of against OR learn how to live with the situation, make it work for you. When life deals you lemons - Make Lemonade! Possible Herbs, Valerian Chamomile St. Johns Wort Kava kava Lavendar B Vitamins have been very helpful for me ( lots of honey) Huggs zoe Sunday, August 27, 2006, 8:18:55 PM, you wrote: > I'm looking for advice/suggestions on getting off of an antidepressant > (wellbutrin) and treating moderate depression with a natural remedy. > Thoughts please? Guest guest
Wellbutrin is a prescription and even though many of us do not like to take prescribed medications, I would advise you to talk to your physician before stopping any medication. Guest guest
If it weren't for St. John's Wort, my world would be a whole different place. And I would also be a lot bigger (85 lbs bigger) if I was still praying to the Paxcil god.Danielle G. All-new Mail - Fire up a more powerful email and get things done faster. Guest guest
I gained 60 pounds on Celexa. Lost most of it but it took several years and a stint in the hospital to do it. I'm now trying to wean off of Effexor. Does anyone know of drug interactions with St. John's Wort and prescription medications?
