Effexor withdrawl sx ?'s

I recently decreased my Effexor. I was thinking there was some

discussion on this group before about withdrawal symptoms. I'm

breaking out in hives and wondering if this is part of the withdrawal

symptoms or not. If this isn't appropriate for the group, please e-

mail me privately if you've gone through Effexor withdrawal.

 

Is there anything herbal that will help with the head swishing/slight

dizziness? I'm already taking Fish Oil and B-12 complex.
