thank you Ive already found localharvest and my order of buffalo was shipped yesterday. Thanks for the other link checking it out now.

Organic Farms are everywhere in CA. Go to http://www.ccof.org/ and select your area.

 

If you cannot find a local one then you may have to go further out by going to: http://www.localharvest.org/

Try some buffalo as it is less fat and has more enzymes than beef. I will take the buffalo over beef everytime and you do not have to cook it well done. Elk is also very tasty.

Organic is more expensive but I guarantee the taste is worth it.
