Guest guest
What can one do for external itching that accompanies yeast infections? I have already received advisement on natural cures for the internal infection (garlic again to the rescue - I've been told a crushed clove or two wrapped in gauze inserted internally works wonders (only question is for how long and how many days) but no one speaks on what can be done for the external itching. I tend to get yeast infections when I drink to much orange juice or eat too many acidic foods (and I've been on a salsa kick lately - it's all raw and tastes so good). I want to be prepared just in case on crops up. Thanks for any suggestions.
Guest guest
One quart of body temperature water with a few slices of garlic whizzed in it. Douche. (Or just spray where it itches.) Takes away the itch almost instantly and keeps it gone for a long time. I think I only did it twice a day for 2 days.
