#1 - Is there a reason that I should not put the TN in capsules?...I am having a bit of a hard time with it....if not, I can say that taking it as suggested is just NOT working....I thought about trying it on a salad tonight, but I would prefer to take it in the mornings...

#2 - My daughter has quite a few mild allergies - I am assuming due to the grasses in it, and seems to be having a reaction to the TN (sniffling, sneezing, etc)....my thought process is to start her off on a VERY small amount and build her up to a proper child's amount....is this the best way to do this? Has anyone dealt w/ this?

The only reason I'd not put the TN in capsules is if a person had somewhat of a weak digestive system. You want the TN to be digested in the stomach, and not have the cap break down in the duodenum or in the small intestine. Remember, TN is very easily digested, whereas most caps aren't.

If digestion is no problem for you, use the Veggie caps.

How would I know if I have a weak digestive system? I will say that although it is not organic, I have found my best luck of getting it down (albeit still difficult) is in the hot and spicy V-8....but I am taking it daily...I would still love to be able to put it in capsules...but I am wondering if there are symptoms of a weak digestive system I could look for...

Try eating a very large salad that is all raw with Onions, Chopped Garlic, Corn, and Spinach or Beet Greens as part of the ingredients. You can also use raw carrots, cukes, and radishes.

If anything comes out the other end the next day undigested, you have a digestion problem.
