Guest guest
Hello, My husband just got his blood test results for a yearly physical and his cholestrol is quite high. Any suggestions? And of coarse his good cholestrol is low. He is not the type to make any big changes but he is always willing to take a vitamin or supplement. Thanks, Lori

Thanks, Lori A detoxing program for the liver would be much more efficient than a simple supplement and would actually enhance its success. Don J. Guest guest
I got mine down to normal using a variety of things all quite simple. #1 Raw Garlic - reduces LDL's #2 Virgin Olive Oil- Taken as is or in a salad dressing( you would have to eat lots of salads.) I was spreading it on my toast instead of butter, and again on my potatoes. - increases HDL's #3 Oatmeal- reduces LDL's And in addition was taking cayenne pepper capsules ( This was before I started eating the hot peppers FRESH) A wee bit of red wine taken just before bedtime also raises the HDL's and helps you sleep. Avoid Hydrogenated Fats and oils. Tuesday, September 19, 2006, 8:09:52 PM, you wrote: > Hello, > My husband just got his blood test results for a yearly physical > and his cholestrol is quite high. Guest guest
Zoe, let me get on your case! You live in the UK and started to like hot peppers. You need to go to an Indian restaurant (northern indian style) and ask for the food extra hot. Those restaurants can produce some of the hottest most flavorful food on the planet. Messenger with Voice. Make PC-to-Phone Calls to the US (and 30+ countries) for 2¢/min or less.
