Guest guest
A word we could use for the physical reason behind every disease in the human body is the word stoppage. We have something stopped in that diseased area whether it’s the blood supply, lymphatic supply or even the nerve signals to that area. That’s why any area of the body gets ill. It can’t get the nutrition in and it can’t get the waste out. Most people think of nutrition in through the mouth with the waste leaving through the bowel. But every cell in your body needs to be fed. You can drink all the freshest carrot juice in the world, take all the greatest herbs and get the biochemicals from these herbs into your digestion process. You can then assimilate these and get the nutrients into your blood but unless that blood gets to the exact cell that’s sick it won’t get nourished, IT WON’T GET WELL. The power of body work is amazing. Massage can get a large quantity of blood circulating through the body and delivered to the organs, increasing the amount of vitamins, minerals, amino acids, and enzymes from your juices and herbs to that organ. It also gets the waste out of the cells, such as carbon dioxide, toxins, and poisons. This all has to happen through the blood and your lymphatic system. Skin Brushing: Use a natural bristle skin brush and SCRUB yourself thoroughly every day. It stimulates the lymphatic flow and your lymphatic system is the clear fluid of your body. It doesn’t have a pump like the heart. It’s the white blood and it’s what contains pure immune cells. Skin brushing moves lymph fluids. Additionally, you can move the lymph just by rubbing your skin. It’s one of the best ways to move those fluids around the body. Brush your skin with a dry, natural plant-fiber skin brush. Start at your feet and move upward toward your heart. Pay special attention to your affected areas, as well as the lymph system in your groin area and under your arms. Don’t forget your scalp and face (careful with the face). SCRUB yourself thoroughly every day, and remember to get your daily dose of exercise in too. Walking is an excellent way to get the body’s flows opened up. Body Work is essential to healing.
