Guest guest
HOT CASTOR OIL PACKS and OLIVE OIL MASSAGE First of all Castor oil is very messy and even with the utmost of care it will tend to get on your bedding and sleep ware so it is best to either use huge garbage bags to cover the entire pillow and top part of the bed or use older pillows, pillow cases, sheets, and sleep ware that you don’t mind getting stained and ruined. For 3 evenings in a row, soak a piece of flannel in Castor Oil, squeeze slightly so it does not drip much, then place over area of congestion. The Castor oil on the cloth will go through the skin and start breaking up and drawing out the poisons then flushing them out. It is good if the cloth extends around the afflicted area as those areas are likely to be congested and infected also. A doubled cloth will hold more Castor Oil for the body to absorb. Cover with plastic Seran Wrap, and make sure it covers enough of the skin to stick on. Then place a hot water bottle or a heating pad over the pack for 90 minutes. A hot water bottle may need to be emptied and refilled several times as it will cool off. The plastic will help keep the oil off your bedding but also take the steps advised above. After the 90 minutes with the hot water bottle, leave the Castor Oil Pack on all night while you sleep. The hot water bottle is best because it produces a wet heat but a heating pad will also work well and is a little easier to use without the constant refilling of the hot water bottle. Before bed on the next 3 evenings, use an organic olive oil on the same area. Olive oil heals and rebuilds tissue. Massage olive oil in circular motions for 5 to 10 minutes. If oil is still visible, leave area exposed to air for another 15 minutes or so to allow even more of the oil to soak into the skin. Wrap area as usual if oil is still apparent or wear old T-shirts, PJ’s, underwear or a terry cloth bath robe that you don’t care about staining and ruining. Note: Castor oil is thick and does not wash off easily with soap. Before attempting to wash the oil off your hands or body, first wipe with paper towels to remove most of the oil and then rub on some baking soda. Now wash the area carefully with soap so that any remaining toxins do not get reabsorbed into the body or cause a rash. The 7th day is a day of rest, not only from the Castor oil and Olive oil, but every part of the program. Drink only organic juices, organic teas and distilled water the entire day.
