Guest guest
Organic Orange-Cranberry Sauce Great for the Holiday Season 1 lb. raw Organic Cranberries 2 whole Organic Oranges with skins and seeds removed ½ cup (or more to desired sweetness) Organic RAW honey Wash cranberries and remove any stems. Peel oranges, remove seeds and cut each orange into 4 pieces. Food Grinder Run the cranberries and oranges through a food grinder and mix in the honey. Or Blender Place the oranges in the blender first. Add cranberries and honey on top of oranges and blend to desired texture. I like mine to look like a course applesauce. The oranges I’ve used have always been juicy. If you have difficulty blending, add a few tablespoons of freshly squeezed orange juice or water to help the mixture blend. Chill, serve and enjoy! Much love, Valorie Shillington
