Guest guest
Special Notes RE: Total Nutrition Drink for Children Several mom’s have had great success using grape juice as a base for the Total Nutrition drink for children who object to the green color. If you are not into games about Green Eggs and Ham etc., then using the grape juice will hide the green color. Welch’s makes a grape juice that is sweetened only with concentrated grape juice -- no sugar at all. Adding a ripe banana (frozen is even better) to the drink adds a taste and a smoothness to the drink that kids seem to really like. I might add many adults like this also. I know a 6 year old who drinks a full Total Nutrition drink every morning with 2 tablespoons of Total Nutrition, 2 raw eggs, 2 tablespoons of Udo’s Special Blend oil and a banana so this is also possible but can take more work than just using the camouflage grape juice.
