Thyroid / Adrenal Failure

Dear Ires,

These are the supplements to help with these conditions.

Remember though, it's just as important to stop doing those things that

are debilitating these two organs.

The Coffee, Chocolate, Booze, Sugar and White Enriched Flour all have

to go. All of these harm the Adrenals and the Thyroid.

Hugs,

Doc

Doc, would these supplements do well with hypothyroid patients as

well? I know adrenal fatigue/issue is also related or go hand in hand

with hypothyroidism, so I am curious if the products you mentioned

below are good too and are enough? O what else would you recommend in

treating both adrenal and thyroid issues?

Thank you so much,

Ires

Yup! I'm sorry to have to tell you that, but any caffeinated beverage

needs to go when trying to rehab the adrenals.

Doc,

You didn't mention tea as a "have to go". Is black tea okay? I've been drinking 2 or 3 cups a day (with Stevia and milk) as a habit from living in Britain and Australia. Would tea trouble thyroid and adrenals? Rebecca
