Congressional Record, Aspartame, August, 1985

I want to thank Lane Shore, Mission Possible Chicago for scanning in

the August, 1985 Congressional Record that people have asked for

years. This is the one where FDA toxicologist, Dr. Adrian Gross,

exposed the FDA saying aspartame violated the Delaney Amendment

because of the brain tumors. He also said they shouldn't have been

able to set an allowable dose for this reason. His last words will

go down in history when he said, if the FDA violates the law who is

left to protect the public?

 

I can't thank Lane Shore enough who works tirelessly searching out

documents and scanning them in so the world can see the facts!

 

The May, l985 Congressional Record is on www.wnho.net There was also

a Congressional Hearing in 1987 which is about 400 pages, but now you

have the complete records for 1985.
