I am sorry. My comment might have been deceiving.

I do buy the regular iodized salt but for sea salt I get the non iodized kind.

I don't salt, my food, much and probably need to supplement my diet.

Any ideas?

ah Kenneth tiz OK.... I am a curious beastie and when I thought you were not getting any iodine I wondered.......

We are currently getting and using DETOXIFIED IODINE (a Cayce Concept)

Errrr I am not sure if I can post the link here????? BUT I am NOT selling it so

look up cayceconcepts.com with the usual www. prefix

It has given me a tad more energy - so a BIG plus for me. (only finished the first week trial so far - stuff don't taste nice tho!) My doc says my thyroid numbers are 'fine'...... and I cannot obtain the other tests (free T3 etc) without GP's authorisation...... which ain't forthcoming........ so once again self medicating!

Read about the stuff and judge for yourself.

Appreciable amounts of iodine are only found in sea vegetables and sea creatures - including inland seas and lakes that are highly mineralized.--- On Sun, 8/17/08, andrea brown <mlsw532000 wrote:
