Guest guest
Does anyone know of a good kidney tonic or herbs that are good for the kidneys. After I exercise I have to drink water and urinate all day. Seems probably my kidneys aren't functioning right. Sheryl

Guest guest
Sounds healthy to me! How much urine would you void at a time - how many times would you go and how much water do you drink? If you are able to measure both it would tell you what sort of a balance you had - you should void slightly less than you take in (total) as you also expire some fluid and sweat some. Guest guest
Thanks for all the responses. That's a lot of valuable information. Next time I go to the gym, I'll keep track of how much water I drink and how much I go. I'd estimate I pee about 15 times in the day and there isn't a lot of fluid when I go. My very old cats were peeing a lot with kidney failure before they passed. , " Jane MacRoss " <highfield1 wrote: > > Sounds healthy to me! Guest guest
Do keep track and let me know - it is possible that you haven't trained your bladder to hold more - I note for myself that I pee less at home than I do at work - either because I am more relaxed or perhaps I moved about less - do you get up over night to go to the toilet? Do you think you might have a urinary tract infection? Testing the urine pH will tell you that - over 7 is likely to be infected. Jane " skmackie " <skmackie Thanks for all the responses.
