Micki, Thank you for this. I had no idea what oil pulling was and had to do some searching on it. Glad this came thru the list.~Laura~

You are welcome Laura, someone posted on it this past weekend, I had to add some instructions. I would love to try it. The person who posted said they used the vegetable oil they had on hand to start with. I just thought it would be good if some instructions were added. Also Jane MacRoss posted that oil is very spendy in AUS. So it is not cost efficient to do oil pulling. Where one can get the supplies to do this it is a great way to get rid of toxins.
