Guest guest
I would not recommend 5000 IU of vitamin D for anyone unless they were using 10,000 to 25,000 IU of vitamin A (not as beta-carotene). Vitamin D may hypercalcify your joints, blood vessels, and heart valves unless you eat plenty of green vegetables and?or take a vitamin K2 capsule every day.--- On Thu, 10/16/08, J.Keliipio <josephine wrote: J.Keliipio <josephineRe: {Disarmed} From Seafood to Sunshine-- , theclaremcharris, "jkeliipio" <josephineThursday, October 16, 2008, 12:01 AMI take 5000 mgs of Vitamin D3 Josephine theclaremcharris wrote: > > > This maybe of value to some here.
