Guest guest
So it sounds like what I'm hearing about Client tracker is that it is probably best for someone that is working solo and using it for themselves, rather than having multiple people using it. Would those out there with it agree? I've been looking into purchasing it for myself. I emailed them yesterday about the icd9 code issue (missing/incorrect codes) and they said that they are aware of it and working on a new version which will be upgradeable for all with the current version. Any other issues with it before I take the plunge? Many thanks, Jenn Holley, L.Ac.
Guest guest
Actually there are 5 of us at our clinic and I switched to it because it was the best system for multi people. Guest guest
My two cents on clientracker: The client tracker software is easy to use, intuitive, and does everything I need it to do, granted as a sole proprietor as opposed to a multi-practitioner clinic. All in all I've been pretty satisfied, though I do wish they'd fix a few bugs. I did a lot of research before I bought and didn't find anything else that even came close to the convenience of client tracker - that was two years ago and I don't know what's been on the market since. I've had two issues with client tracker - 1) There is some kind of bug that doesn't allow me to add stock properly and have it count it appropriately when I sell it. I don't know what is going on, but the numbers are always wrong. I've stopped even attempting it. Luckily it does seem to count up sales tax correctly - that would be a nightmare! 2) The second issue with my latest version of it is that it will list a balance on an account when there isn't a balance - all you have to do is click on the invoice, and then it resets the amount, but you can't trust the balances it lists. I don't use the calendar function, however, since I have to juggle teaching with my patients - so I ignore the calendar function on client tracker and use microsoft outlook for all my calendar needs, which allows me to sync up with my PDA as well. So, I can't speak knowledgably on that feature. Just my experience.. Guest guest
You might ask them if they are going to include a complete icd-9 list and not blanks that you can fill in but still need to purchase the icd-9 reference for. Guest guest
You can set it up for multiple practionners, but if you put it on more than one computer, your database (inventory, tax reports, profits, expenses, bank register) is usless because every version (each machine) will be different. Bob, do you have a receptionist type in the SOAP notes or does each acupuncturist put in their own?

Guest guest
We tried typing in our SOAPs but decided we all prefer to hand write them. So we just let her know what the diagnosis/pain issue is and she takes care of insurance billing etc. Bob www.acuherbals.com Ron Hotmail <rbaddorf wrote: You can set it up for multiple practionners, but if you put it on more than one computer, your database (inventory, tax reports, profits, expenses, bank register) is usless because every version (each machine) will be different.
