Apple cider vinegar is a little sour, go into the liver to smooth the

liver Qi, Honey is sweet and smooth -lubricating, nourishing and

detoxifying. THe combination , in nutrition, does help the intestines

to absorb more calcium and phosphate which will eliminate the

extra-calcium from the body, for bone spurs, arthritis , cholesterol

.... Oh by the way , it is good for either gallstones and urinary

stones " by the book - no experience "

There is no harm to take it.

One tablespoon of vinegar, 1 tbs of honey in a cup of hot water

-coffee cup, stir up thoroughly. Drink it while it is still hot,

easier to circulate. Do it twice a day, three times / day was max.

If blood pressure is reduced, medication may be reduced or eliminated

with careful observation, daily is a must. Cholesterol is treated the

same way.

Overdose will cause diarrhea ( too much sour, teasing the intestines )
