Guest guest
Dear all, This is a method of Qi Cong, is used to regulate BP. If anyone of you who has patient with high BP, you may used this method to low it instantly. This was observed by my patients and they had done it successfully. I hope all of us will have the same success as they did. With a candle lighted in front of a patien, and the BP monitor cupped in his arm measured it before you start he exercise. BP measured 185/120mmHg. Then turned off the BP monitor measurement. Begin his exercise, 2 hands placed on the table in front of a lit candle, he imagined that he was in a very pleasant birth-day party with full of people " create your own pleasant picture, on the beach, around the happy environment or around your love ones " . Breathed in and out regularly without too much tension, nor withhold the abdomen too full. When breathing out, the air flow is good enough to cause the flame wavering but not blowing it off. Do this about 10 - 15 respiration. Measured the BP again. This should lower it to 120/70 mmHg. If not, continued again for a next section until it drop down to normal. A quick drop may bring up dizziness, but this is OK, no side effects. This appearance mean a quick change in BP. This exercise can be done 2-10 times a day, to relax the mind, and muscles. If BP is normal, your patient should not use any medication at all. Within a day, to prevent a surge of BP, do this exercise 2- 10 times a day. After awhile, your patient may have a confidence to lower BP himself. THIS IS AGAIN ALL DEPEND ON QI............... With full of Qi, we are in command. We can regulate and burn all the fats ( cholesterols ), regulate BP and also regulate blood sugar level. GOOD LUCK TO ALL OF YOU. WISH YOU ALL WITH SUCCESS. Nam Nguyen The above is a tip. However, I always used acupuncture and herbs, vitamins and others to control BP in certain patients with definite success, not all.
Guest guest
Joe, I am sorry I do not know anything about Qi Cong, nor any good book about Qi Cong. This was recited by my patients and I wish I share this exciting method to all of us. I do not know if this will work with all cases, but there was no harm and the technique was sounded. I can imagine that it bases exactly on how TCM can control BP in Qi rebellion, Qi stagnation , Irregular Qi. I think there may be some cases of failure. In those cases, I suggest that we would tonify Qi, make it stronger so it can follow our commands. Otherwise, failure will sure to come. Nam Nguyen. I hope everybody will have success in regulating BP . Chinese Medicine , " dr_namnguyen58 " <dr_namnguyen58 wrote: > > Dear all, > > This is a method of Qi Cong, is used to regulate BP.
