Guest guest
Has anyone ever seen on the underside of a tongue, what seem to be very small white pustules? patient reports these as sometimes painless, sometimes 'like a pimple " ; they can apparently be popped with ease and contain a clear flavorless liquid. Tongue otherwise slightly swollen, slight scallops, slightly red sides; veins underneath very dark and apparent. young man seems generally healthy, symptom is persistent upper back pain (mostly SI area). Im just curious about the tongue, plus wondering if theres something big I could be missing.(Im a student -have seen , and been taught, mostly only basics so far) Thank you! Guest guest
could it be oral thrush (candida overgrowth)? perhaps do a google search and see if it matches your case...
