Is it indoor or out? If outdoor: The best thing is to get a hose with a jet spray and spray the little buggers off . Repeat this every few days as needed. That should do it. Remember that when you spray icky bugs, you're also spraying beneficial insects, which comprise more than 90% of the bugs inyour garden. Even if you make a lovely garlic-cayenne-Dr Bronner's soap mixture, it still shoudl be used with extreme caution and concern for the good guys. If it's inside, thoguh, you dont really need to worry abou the beneficial insects, so go ahead and throw in the blender: 2-3 cloves garlic 1/8 tsp cayenne 1 pint water. Blend well, strain and add a few drops of any type of liquid soap. Mix (dont shake, as it'll just make lots of bubbles) and spray. Dont use on seedlings, but a healthy lemon verbena will be fine. Be sure to spray under the leaves, and cover the soil underneath if it's going to drip into a pot-you dont want a bunch of this going into a pot of soil.
