Guest guest
Hello All, Happy New Year! Does anyone know what the recommended daily Vitamin D dosage is for someone who has Osteoporosis? I am trying to determine how much my 72 year old Mom should be taking. She is currently taking Nordic Naturals Arctic Cod Liver oil - one teaspoon equals 1- 20 I.U ( on the bottle). We thought from our research that she should be taking 1200 units per day, but with this small per teaspoon I.U. she would have to take an awful lot of this brand. Thank you! Warmest Regards, Linda P.S. Mom had Stage 1 C Ovarian Cancer this year - and is now in remission.
Guest guest
20,000 IU of D3 each day. Make sure it is D3. My favorite brand is D-Max and this can be found on the net with a Google Search. Yours in Knowledge, Health and Freedom, Doc lindarslater wrote: Hello All, Happy New Year!
