Guest guest
Peterson's Guides are good and have all the Latin and common names. I would get the 'medicinal plants and herbs' field guide as it has lots of pictures. As for the bath mixtures, you can't beat fresh Lavender and Chamomile in a sock or cloth bag. Rub your skin with the tea bag/ wash cloth with herbs. Best of health ~B Everybody likes to take a bath in warm fragrant tea. Very relaxing. Try it.
