Peterson's Guides are good and have all the Latin and common names.

I would get the 'medicinal plants and herbs' field guide as it has lots of pictures.

As for the bath mixtures, you can't beat fresh Lavender and Chamomile in a sock or cloth bag.

Rub your skin with the tea bag/ wash cloth with herbs.

Best of health

Everybody likes to take a bath in warm fragrant tea.

Very relaxing. Try it.

good evening,

i was just wondering , if there is a herbal book out there , that would be more highly recommended that others ? i am looking for a good one . would defenitly give preference to something with lots of pictures and explanations like ... grows where and when and what to do with which part of the plant . would also prefer latin or common or scientific names to be included , as i would cross reference it with my german books .

any suggestions ????

does anyone have suggestions on bath mixtures or other concoction ???

MARANATHA !
