Doc's recipes

I have a question about Doc's formulas. I want to make some of them myself. I

am concerned that as things get worse here in the US that I may not be able to

order things like we used to. Hubby and I are now living in an area where we

could wildcraft some of the herbs we need. What I need to know is what if we

don't have access to all of the herbs in each of Doc's recipes? Would it work

to use what we do have access to?
