Guest guest Posted May 17, 2009 Report Share Posted May 17, 2009 ive read it all done it all, simple problem is, i can't eat breaksfast, im just not hungry. I don't even eat enough to maintain my weight yet i still weight what i do and even can gain. I know you not supposed to skip meals, carbs can turn to fat and your not supposed to eat before bed. I do eat late sometimes but hard habit to break for 20 years. i don' drink softdrinks, only drink water and i do over 28 hours of cardio a week along with lifting 2 days a week,counting tennis and basketball. People say eat breaksfast and it speeds up your metabolism and you won't eat late , but not me, eating breaksfast does nothing but make me hungrier and sometimes i cannot stop eating bread foods .
