I have tried this and it

works for the most part.

You can use Olive Oil which is very heavy and takes longer, Coconut Oil

which is one of the Best, Udo's Oil which is also one of the best, and

plain ordinary Safflower Oil also works. My favorites are the Udo's

Oil and the Coconut Oil.

Best,

Doc

Hi Doc,

Recently some of my molars (the big teeth at the back of the mouth) are getting shaky at about the same time. I believe it has something to do with the health of my gum. Does oil-pulling help this condition ? Any advice shall be appreciated.

Have you considered having a bone density test done? Sometimes a lack of calcium causes bone loss, including in the jaw, which can cause the gums to recede and the teeth to become loose. This happens more often than most people think. Abone density test will tell you if you have osteopenia (bone mineral density that is lower than the peak amount), or if you do or do not have osteoporosis. If your bone density is fine then you know it is another issue that will need to be addressed such as proper brushing of gums, proper nutrition, and healthy teeth. Everything always goes back to proper nutrition.

MMS is excellent for

overall detoxing (I've done the program), but it is very intense and

should be done with a twin or a partner who can help monitor you

through the rougher spots. This is one of those where a "Little bit

goes a long ways". I've never heard of it being specific for the

teeth, but any detox will contribute to the overall well-being of the

body in general.

My earlier post on oral will get the best results for teeth problems as

it goes to the cause rather than just a general type of detox which the

MMS is.

I've never heard of it being specific for the teeth, but any detox will contribute to the overall well-being of the body in general.

Jim says that though MMS does take mercury and other heavy metals out of the body, it does not interfere with fillings in teeth. This was a question we directly asked him and he said it was perfectly safe to brush and rinse with MMS even if you had fillings of any kind.

I used AMMS (activated MMS) for a mouth rinse. I had a loose tooth in the right upper molars, and had been experiencing pain for 2 months, some days bad, some days not at all. I assumed it was because the tooth was loose and as it moved it bothered the nerve. But I decided to try Jim's method of rinsing and brushing with AMMS to see what would happen. By the third morning of doing this, there was no longer any pain, nor did it ever return. So it proved to me the pain was NOT due to nerve stuff, but was indeed an infection. Once the infection was cleared I was never bothered again. But the tooth did continue to get looser and eventually, about a year later, I did get it pulled. I was told there wasn't much bone left to hold it in place, which is why it had gotten loose.

The one thing I will point out is that you should thoroughly rinse your mouth with plain water, or perhaps even baking soda water, after brushing and rinsing with MMS. I did not and my teeth became extremely sensitive to everything. Little by little the teeth hurt more and more, all my teeth. At first I thought I was experiencing a detox of some sort, but it got to the point where I couldn't even chew food because pressure on all my teeth hurt too much. Once I stopped using the MMS daily for this, it took about 2 to 3 weeks for my teeth to totally quit aching. It started slowly at first, just sensitivity to cold, then hot, then chewing anything at all, then basically hurting all the time. I was told it is because the MMS strips the alkaline barrier from the teeth, so that if MMS is used this way a person needs to protect the teeth. Some say just rinsing good with distilled water is enough, others have said to also remineralize the teeth by using a remineralizing toothpaste. They say it's not so much the actual MMS, but the acid used to mix the MMS, and that some people who have used too much citrus fruits (even while not mixing in MMS) have stripped their teeth.

I did nothing more than quit rinsing/brushing with the AMMS and the pain eventually went completely away. I experienced no permanent damage. This was over 3 years ago now. So using AMMS is great for killing mouth pathogens, but I would hesitate to use it for daily brushing, as Jim does. He says that after 2 weeks of daily brushing and rinsing with AMMS that your teeth will become super tight. It did so for him, so I am not saying my experience is THE experience you would have, or anyone else would have.

But MMS is an extreme product. What it does for one person, it will do the exact opposite for another. I would never hesitate to use AMMS for, say, weekly maintenance to keep down pathogens, nor would I hesitate to use it on any sort of tooth ache. But for me, I will not go back to using it daily, as Jim does.

Renee

MMS is excellent for overall detoxing (I've done the program), but it is very intense and should be done with a twin or a partner who can help monitor you through the rougher spots. This is one of those where a "Little bit goes a long ways". I've never heard of it being specific for the teeth, but any detox will contribute to the overall well-being of the body in general. My earlier post on oral will get the best results for teeth problems as it goes to the cause rather than just a general type of detox which the MMS is. I think Oil Pulling is the most incredible way to clean your teeth. I do it and my teeth feel absolutely slick, just like after coming from the hygienist after having my teeth cleaned. Oil Pulling also pulls out toxins. http://www.earthcli nic.com/Remedies /oil_pulling. html#COCONUT

HOW IT WORKS:The oil pulls all mucous, bacteria and toxins from your body through your saliva. According to Ayurvedic medicine, mucous is a poison that must be removed.

Jim Humbles MMS is 28% sodium chlorite. Now there is a weaker solution with just 5% sodium chlorite. According to the poster it works the same way.Mellyherbal remedies, CJ Fox <premierfox@ ...> wrote:>> What  is MMS? > thanks> CJ > > --- On Thu, 2/25/10, Doc <Doc wrote:> > > Doc <Doc> Re: {Herbal Remedies} Re:heres one for You DOC..re oral health> herbal remedies> Thursday, February 25, 2010, 11:49
