Guest guest
I’ve been diagnosed diabetic. What should I be doing to bring my blood sugar down to normal? I’ve listened to the lecture cd but 2 years ago and now I can’t find it to listen to it again. I’m starting a half a teaspoon of cinnamon daily but don’t know what else to do. Guest guest
If you want the Lifetime Health Lecture Series it is half off right now. $20~ shipping is included in that price. We can also send you another freebie but the data on high blood sugar is not in that one. ~B On 4/22/2010 9:37 PM, Virginia Leonard wrote: I’ve been diagnosed diabetic. Guest guest
When my blood sugar is elevated, i drink tea with 1/8 tsp of fenugreek powder and it comes down. Be careful though, this is a strong anti diabetic herb which can drastically bring down blood sugar to dangerous levels if taken at big dosages. If i know i ate something that would spike up my blood sugar, i would immediately drink tea with fenugreek in it. I consume the powder at the bottom of the cup as well. Guest guest
You need to get off of all Sugar Products; all Chocolate; all Breads & Pastas; get on a decent diet, and then do the Incurables Program.
