With a nutty flavor and fury texture they are one of the best survival foods. Little is known medicinally about Fiddleheads but nutritionally, they are wonderful. Can anyone tell me what this is? I thought maybe a young Pink Lady's Slipper. I guess I'll find out the next time I walk that trail. ~B

Guest guest
I do know that Dandelion is good remedy for constipation. So becareful with them. It has a laxative effect on me. Other then that, I am sure they can mix up with other greens and leaves and herbs.
