My apologies if you are receiving this email twice. I sent the wrong link in the first email to the Fox News video.I hope you all saw the interview about your lawsuit on Greta Van

Susteren's show on Fox News last Monday. If you missed it, you can view it by

clicking HERE. The interview was a

great way to get the word out about the people's lawsuit. Since that show we've

gone from 10,864 plaintiffs to almost 25,000, in less than a week. I'm honored

to represent so many great Americans in our fight to defend the Constitution.

Thank you all for your faith in me and your courage in fighting our

power-grabbing Federal government. This Monday I'll be in New York for an in-studio interview with Judge Andrew

Napolitano for his Fox News show Freedom Watch. The show is pre-recorded. As

soon as I know when it will air I'll let you know. On Tuesday I'll be in Washington DC visiting with Congressman Duncan of

Tennessee's 2nd District. According to his staff he's aware of the people's

lawsuit and wants to know more. Your participation in this lawsuit has already

gotten the attention of lawmakers. Thank you also for all the encouraging messages you've sent. I will continue to

do all I can to represent every one of you in our effort to push back against

government intrusion in our lives. I'll be in
