B complex 100 timed release and you might also try some Apis. There

are kidney remedies that would also help. When things swell, it

means our bodies are not healthy and we need to take a huge step

backwards and see what we are putting into our bodies to cause the

internal organs to start shutting down. Are you eating things with

aspartame in them? Before you answer NO learn to read labels.

Aspartame is hidden in a lot of foods under different names. Edith

we are health conscious so NO artificial anythings!

Have been reading other posts about kidneys which have been informative

am seeking hydrangea tincture as that seems most simple to use

Already take B complex

Thank you for responding to my husbands question.

That is a dumb reply. There are skinny people that have swellings of the ankles and there are over weight people that don't seem to have a problem at all. . Why is it that every time there is a problem a weight issue seems to be implied? There is a reason that our bodies break down. The water we drink is contaminated, the foods are over sprayed the air has pollutants in it so why shouldn't our bodies break down? If we put dirty gas and oil into our vehicles the motor would quit running. Edith

I don't know if this applies but it was what I eliminated from my diet that made the difference.

Your ankles could be swollen due to a sluggish lymph system. Using a

rebounder and/or dry brushing helps this as do the herbs red root and

poke root.

swollen ankles can be a symptom of CHF, congestive heart failure so you would want to rule that out with your MD first.Edith Ziegler <edefreedom1945 Sent: Tuesday, January 6, 2009 2:00:14 AMRe: ankle

Mine are swollen due to spinal stenosis and

lumbar problems. Do you have back problems?
