Cost is always a good thing to ask. All those planes all over the world is costing someone something. Ike is not here any more to take care of us, so we had better get a hold of Obama and let him know about these Chemtrails. Most people do not know what they are doing up there but do not question much. Obama also should know about Ike telling us to monitor the Military industrial complex, I read his farewell address ever so often and he definitely said it would be up to the people to do this. Look it up yourself. One time I also read there is a Educational Industrial Complex. Ike is the last president besides Jimmy Carter who cared about the people in this country.
