Guest guest
Note they don't have all the incriminating evidence against approval but some of it. Also while it mentions PKU, those who can't metabolize phenylalanine, remember that no one can, even if they aren't a phenylketonuric. Remember what Dr. Wurtman said in Congress: http://www.wnho.net/congressionalrecord.htm Note it says you can't heat aspartame. Remember because of this they only approved it in dry foods to begin with. I think its interesting that a child would understand even if the FDA didn't that if you put Equal in a hot cup of coffee you just heated it. They approved it for Jello - you heat it. It was approved in carbonated beverages by Dr. Hayes assistant without other members even knowing it. It was never brought up. Remember the National Soft Drink Assn wrote a 30 page protest which is in the congressional record because after writing this damning report they turned around and lobbied for NutraSweet. No other studies were done. They probably told them how addictive aspartame is and what a cash cow it would be. In 1993 the FDA now on the side of the aspartame manufacturers, the same FDA that tried to have them indicted for fraud, insanely approved aspartame for baking. Also remember that a member of the European Food Safety Authority who reviewed the prestigious Ramazzini Study wrote a press release and confessed they were pressured by industry to high jack science. The lying aspartame industry are scared to death it will be taken off the market and people will wake up all over the world from hideous symptoms and diseases, and know who poisoned them. They should be indicted for genocide as Dr. James Bowen has mentioned several times and wrote a report about. FDA Toxicologist, Dr. Adrian Gross, told Congress in l985 that without a shadow of a doubt aspartame causes cancer.
