Guest guest
I am so glad you have written about this Bio Astin. I look it up on the internet and read some testimonials and I think I had better try it for a month and see what happens. One party told how they had one knee that was giving them a lot of trouble, within 3 weeks it was gone. My son also was taking 28 or so Ibuprophen a day he hurt in the hips and left leg as he had an accident at 2 1/2 yrs old. In his case he put on a copper bracelet and the miracle is, all the pain left. I did the same, but my knee still hurts part time. This Bio Astin is an anti oxident that seems to be better than most. It will not hurt to try it. It is so good to know about things because more than likely if I went to the Dr. I would get a pain killer for at least awhile, and end up with something even worse. sharon On reading more about this, I have on hand some Blue Green Algae, and maybe I will give that a try first as I have Alpha and Omega and had quit taking it. Stay up to date on the latest news - from sports scores to stocks and so much more.
Guest guest
Sharon - stick with the Alpha and Omega!!! Those are MUCH better than this spirulina pacifica - which is " man grown " and has nowhere near the nutrients as the organic wild kind. After all, man cannot duplicate what is found in nature. And that spirulina is only as good as what some scientists " think " it should be fed - yes, they have to feed it, unlike the wild kind. Spirulina also has an " analog " vitamin B12, which your body doesn't recognize and prevents the uptake of " real " vitamin B12. I know a lot of people who take spirulina, and it's not a terrible supplement, but that Alpha and Omega are about a hundred steps above it!
