OT: Camera in digital comverter boxes

I took apart my Humax convertor box, NO camera or microphone inside. I owned a computer peripheral manufacturing company for 22 years, so I know what I am looking at. The only receiver was the infrared. However, there was a ten pin connector base next to the infrared detector, that was not populated. And, there would be ample room for a mini-digital camera to be placed there and it is directly behind the window. So it is possible that this unit was made to accommodate this feature. I am happy mine does not
