There is a way to " measure " what we need and also health. Knesiology for one.

Keeps, the " I have the best solution " at bay or at least answer who really does,

if any does.

The other way to measure if what you/we are doing hurts or helps our body or

worse yet somebody elses, is better explained through this slide show.

Basically energy and illness set in when we bring in less nutrient than we use.

This is mathematics, physics actually, but Rex has broken it down to an easier

to understand little slide show I encourage anyone who is ill to watch. It has

really helped me understand a bit more.

We do NOT have to take anyones word for anything with this type of proof. We CAN

test what affects our bodies, negatively or positively or if it affects us in

the a.m. or p.m. or if what we have practiced, taught, or thought is nothing

more than hocka ballowi.

I encourage everyone to take authority and accountability for their own health.

We will still need help for a little while but only for understanding the

numbers our own bodies are putting out.

There are plenty of chemists there at that site to help you understand what your

readings are. It is a whole new realm to relearn.

They do not help anyone extend life, we all have what we were destined to have,

they do not treat symptoms or specific disease, only help you read and

understand your own numbers.

It's called putting your money where your mouth (and or garden)is..... quite

literally. = }

wanted to know before I bought it. All the products on Global Light are

expensive. I'm going to search and see if I can find this or a comparable

alternative cheaper. If so, I'll let you know :-)

magnesium oil from the ocean, used transdermally. I just add it to our foot

soaks and clay baths. I initially bought gallon jugs of the oil, but now I

order nigari flakes. There may be a difference in quality, but we use a lot and

I couldn't afford the higher price/shipping for the oil. I can't remember the

exact name of the recommended product, but I remember buying it from Global

Light.
