For instance the military toy HAARP-----and this was written 14 years ago....we all know ---or should know the exponential rate of technological advance.... http://www.orgone.org/articles/ax6-harp.htm Excerpt: The above abilities seem like a good idea to all who believe in sound national defence and to those concerned about cost-cutting. However, the possible uses which the HAARP records do not explain, and which can only be found in US Air Force, Army, Navy and other federal agency records, are alarming. Moreover, effects from the reckless use of these power levels in our natural shield-the ionosphere-could be cataclysmic, according to some scientists. Two Alaskans put it bluntly. A founder of the NO HAARP movement, Clare Zickuhr, says: "The military is going to give the ionosphere a big kick and see what happens." The military failed to tell the public that they do not know what exactly will happen, but a Penn State science article brags about that uncertainty. Macho science? The HAARP project uses the largest energy levels yet played with, by what Begich and Manning call "the big boys with their new toys". It is an experiment on the sky, and experiments are done to find out something not already known. Independent scientists told Begich and Manning that a HAARP- type 'skybuster' with its unforeseen effects could be an act of global vandalism. ************ I think we can screw up the climate and upset the delicate balances the earth's systems operate on quite adequately to put ourselves out of action.... Imagine the power source, he said, behind a 30-foot wide saucer that weighs the same as a tractor-trailer yet hurtles through galaxies at 20,000 miles per hour. "What is the energy system operating that craft?" Bassett said. "They're not burning kerosene." Bassett So let me get this right. These imaginary space vehicles are HURLING through galaxies at 20,000 miles per hour. So if they left earth today they would pass our sun in 4900 years, before humans had any brain power here on earth (the sun is 98 million miles from earth) and they would reach the closest known planet that could support life at Gliese 436 in 881,793,059 million years from now. ( Gliese 436 is 176,358,761, 195,508.22 Miles from Earth) Now reverse this: If we say that life on Gliese 436 developed a long time ago and they built a space ship that could HURL through space at 20,000 miles per hour, then they would have had to target Earth directly, picking this pinpoint of light out of Trillions and Trillions of others in their sky they could go to, and they would have had to start their journey 881,793,059 million years ago. Now while the earth is 4.54 billion years old, animal life on earth didn't exist then, 881 million years ago, as we know it today, but at that point in our Earth history we did have many microbes and bacteria running around. I guess these intrepid space explorers wanted our microbes. Oh, don't let me forget that when these very sophisticated UFO's got here they crashed!.... .. and secret military got them and put them in hiding! But before they crashed they went to England and made funny circles in the wheat fields, I guess they were bored from their 881 million year journey. But don't let science get in the way of your conspiracy theory.I know it is very difficult for us arrogant humans to understand how really little we are. This is the same when it comes to the fraud of global warming. To think that we have one little iota of an impact on the Earth's climate is totally insane thinking.
