Change your diet, no dairy, sugar or fat for a week, then gradually add fats

back, healthy ones I mean, drink 2L decent water a day, more if you can -

depends on size, weight etc, increase dark leafy green veges, after a month

add back certain good types of sweetening and after two months trial dairy

one item at a time for a response check. Adding 2 teaspoons of MSM and

VitC to the daily water intake is good - preferably a calcium rather than

sodium ascorbate.

 

Oh, and preferably a vegetarian diet too.

 

Thats what I'd do anyway
